Hollistar Duah-Yentumi,
Esq., LL.M
Managing Partner
Hollistar Duah-Yentumi is an attorney and governance and regulatory advisor with over twenty years of experience spanning legal practice and senior public sector service.
She advises governments, investors, and institutions on infrastructure governance, regulatory strategy, institutional governance and reform, and commercial legal frameworks within complex policy environments. Her expertise lies in aligning investment objectives with public sector systems, strengthening institutional frameworks, and ensuring regulatory clarity, risk mitigation, and sustainable outcomes.
She brings a rare combination of legal depth, policy insight, and institutional experience, positioning her as a trusted advisor on governance and reform at the intersection of law, policy, and strategic investment across jurisdictions.
Hollistar Duah-Yentumi, Esq.
Holds a BA in Law and Political Science from the University of Ghana, a BL from the Ghana School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.

Senior Associate
Michael Adu-Gyamfi is a practising lawyer, Chartered Accountant, and Chartered Tax Practitioner with more than seventeen (17) years of combined experience in both the private and public sectors. His multidisciplinary background uniquely positions him at the intersection of law, finance, and taxation.
Michael’s professional expertise spans banking and finance, corporate law and litigation, international trade finance, and tax advisory services. Within legal practice, he specialises in corporate finance and tax, family law, and property law, providing strategic and results-oriented representation to clients.
He holds a Professional Law Course qualification from the Ghana School of Law, an LL.B. from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Ghana. He also earned a Diploma in Financial Management from ICM-UK and a Certificate in Stock Trading from the Ghana Stock Exchange.
Michael has played an active role in several Government strategic divestiture programmes, providing both legal and financial advisory services.
With his combined expertise in finance, taxation, and law, Michael brings deep knowledge in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic advisory. He is known for upholding high professional ethical standards, demonstrating versatility, and delivering practical, solution-driven outcomes for clients.
He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA), the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), UK, and the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT), Ghana.
